Time to Unmake the Donuts

Will Kussell, President & Chief Brand Officer
Dunkin' Donuts Consumer Care
130 Royall Street
Canton, MA 02021

Mr. Kussell:

I have been a patron of Dunkin’Donuts for the past 15 years, having always enjoyed your products and the consistent level of quality found throughout the many franchises I’ve visited.

I regret to say that I will no longer be patronizing your business. This is in direct response to your capitulation to the likes of Michelle Malkin and ultra-right-wing sycophants. I refer, of course, to Dunkin’ Donuts’ decision to discontinue the ad featuring Rachael Ray wearing a keffiyeh - what some construe to be an ‘Islamic’ scarf.

The degree of fecklessness on the part of your company is truly stunning. I’m quite certain that the loss of one patron will not affect your bottom line, but – rest assured: my view is shared by many, many former customers.

We’ll buy our coffee and donuts elsewhere from now on.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
